Director, International Business Development - EGS Group

After 27 years based in Singapore and with more than 30 years experience as a geologist and applied geophysicist, Graham is currently based in Australia with the dual role of Director of International Business Development for the EGS Survey Group worldwide and as Board Director and co-founder of the EGS Group Company in Australia, EGS Survey Pty Ltd.

Graham has held a number of executive management positions since 1982 including Board Director and Director of Geosciences, Fugro Survey in Singapore, Vice President (Asia Pacific) International Subsea Mapping and Managing Director, Electronic & Geophysical Services, Singapore.

Over his long career, Graham has been engaged in the design, project management, implementation, supervision and reporting associated with a wide range of geoscience investigations, both onshore and offshore in Europe, the Middle East, East Africa, South East Asia and the Pacific Rim, specialising in the submarine telecommunications industry since 1990.

Graham is known throughout the telecommunications and offshore industries for his knowledge of the application of integrated cross discipline geoscience investigative techniques and procedures for submarine fibre optic cable route surveys, submarine power cable route surveys and submarine pipeline surveys.

Since 1991 Graham has played a key role in the development of the submarine cable and pipeline survey business and has become a recognised and regular speaker on his specialist topics at international conferences worldwide

Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Manchester, UK, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Earth and Environmental Sciences from the Open University, UK.
