Wing has over 10 year of professional experience of undertaking and managing surveys in Hong Kong and South East Asia. He has an expert knowledge of navigation software as well as in-depth knowledge of land surveying instrumentation, calibration, data acquisition and GPS applications in land and marine surveys. His in-depth knowledge of geophysical, oceanographic and hydrographic equipment installation, calibration, data acquisition and processing and particular familiarity with positioning equipment, navigation software and bathymetric survey systems make him a prime asset within EGS.

As the chief surveyor, Wing is responsible for technical development and quality control of positioning, navigation and bathymetric survey systems for inshore and offshore surveys. He also has extensive project management experience and is tri-lingual in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Wing holds a Higher Diploma in Land Surveying from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Hydrographic Surveying from the University of Plymouth, UK and a Master of Environmental Engineering Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. He is a corporate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and is a professional surveyor (land surveying division) registered in Hong Kong under the Surveyor Registration Ordinance.
